Studio Apron with Cal Patch 4/7
As seen in Making magazine, this simple apron is a wonderful way to get comfortable with your machine and sew a lovely and useful project! Learn about pockets, facings and straps and customize it to make it your own.
Students must have basic machine sewing experience and have a few simple projects under their belt.
Saturday April 7th from 11 - 5 (with a break for lunch)
Supplies: (Craftwork has sewing machines and other supplies please email us directly if you would like to use one or have questions about other supplies)
- Sewing machine + extension cord
- 2 yards woven fabric: linen, cotton, denim, light canvas, etc.
- Ruler (ideally 2″x18″ clear plastic sewing ruler)
- Tape Measure
- All-purpose thread
- Basic sewing kit: Scissors, ruler, tape measure, pins + pincushion, seam ripper, chalk (or other marking tool)
