Shift Dress: Pattern Drafting with Cal Patch 4/8

Cal Patch wearing her self drafted Patchy Pocket Dress & Legggings

Design Your Own Shift Dress:

Here is your chance to learn how to make your own custom dress! In this
one-day class, you will learn how to take your measurements and use them to draft a pattern for a sleeveless shift dress. Then we will make "muslins" (fit samples) from our patterns, and have a group fitting session in which everyone will benefit from seeing various fit issues and how to correct them. Based on this, you'll make corrections to your pattern, and we will discuss fabric and styling options and construction techniques, so that at the end of class you are armed with all you need to embark on your finished dress project! Please have (at least) beginner-level sewing skills.

Sign up for an entire Cal Patch sewing weekend and take her Pattern Drafted Leggings Class  4/9
