Craftwork is a place for folks to learn, make and be happy. We are curators of hands-on knowledge and handmade goods.Through courses, workshops, and special events we strive to cultivate a creative & supportive community open to makers with a wide range of backgrounds and interests.  We welcome passionate beginners, experienced professionals, and everyone in between--with an ever expanding curriculum, Craftwork nurtures collaboration at all levels in the most tactile way.

Hi my name is Amy Lou Stein and I founded Craftwork in the Fall of 2015 with my husband, Finnian Moore Gerety, musician & scholar.  We have two kids Addie &
Cosmo, and a crazy little mutt named Nila Kitty.  My nomadic life has led me down different paths including: Wardrobe stylist for rock n' roll bands, fine gardener, hand sewer, & custom blended perfumer...to name a few!  Our family spent the school year of 2011 - 2012 living in a small village in Kerala, India.  Check out some of our pictures and stories at Finnfamilyfieldwork.  I love to make and hang out
with other makers!
